About George Stenberg
George Stenberg took his very first photos in 1979, using a 35mm film SLR to preserve memories of his family. His passion for making great images has grown every year since, with his specialty now encompassing the spectacular wildlife and scenery of his home, majestic Hood Canal on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula.
George actively pursues the shores of Hood Canal and its nearby mountain viewpoints, looking for the perfect composition and “dynamic lighting” to make his regionally renown and ever-popular prints. Frequently published and the recipient of many awards, George travels and shoots whenever conditions allow, continually amazing his fans, as well as followers of classic outdoor panoramic photography. George’s photos are available as prints, which you may order from this website. He offers many other services, including kayak tours, local guide services, home, real estate and high school senior photography, all of which can be found under “Photo Services." |
